Do Not Enter If you Have:

o Suffer from pre-existing health conditions
o Have a cast or broken bones
o DO NOT ENTER if you suffer from any medical condition including respiratory, heart, mental, epilepsy, prone to seizers or not physically fit
DO NOT ENTER with broken bones, casts, pregnant, neck or back injuries. Our attraction can be physically demanding and may include rough terrain, sudden noises, fog, strobe lights, jarring actions, dramatic tilting, sudden motion. Failure to follow these guidelines could result in serious injury or expulsion from our attraction. Attractions require guest to walk long distances and be physically fit.
Guests with the following conditions SHOULD NOT ENTER: recent fever, flu-like symptoms, cough, respiratory problems including asthma, heart conditions, high blood pressure, back or neck injuries, broken bones, expectant mothers, prone to dizziness, seizures, or suffer from motion sickness.
DO NOT ENTER if you’ve had recent surgery or using medication which could cause drowsiness.
DO NOT ENTER is you’ve been drinking alcohol or using any type of drugs.
DO NOT ENTER if you suffer from any type of mental health problems specifically fear of the dark, tight spaces or claustrophobia.

o Per order of the Governor of Hawai'i, all participants must be vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination before entering the event

o We are not responsible for lost or stolen items
Our number one priority is the safety of our guests, our staff, and the animals within the park.
- Do NOT attempt to feed or tease any animals within the park
- Do NOT attempt to touch or pet any animals within the park
- Do NOT attempt to climb, jump or enter into any tanks/cages within the park
- Do NOT throw anything within the tanks/cages within the park
IF YOU HARASS, OR HARM THE ANIMALS IN ANY WAY, YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM THE ATTRACTION AND ESCORTED IMMEDIATELY AND COULD POTENTIALLY FACE A FINE AND IMPRISONMENT.
Each guest at Sea Life Park has legal and moral obligations to act responsibly when visiting our Park. Each guest must, at all times, act in a reasonable, responsible manner to safeguard one’s own health and safety, and refrain from anything which poses a risk to others. Carefully read and obey all warning signs and instructions, attendant instructions, and recorded safety messages. To the extent possible, observe animal interactions before participating. Watch where you are walking. Do not do anything to harass, taunt or harm the animals.
Remember – safety is a shared responsibility! The Park can only do so much to keep you safe—it is up to you, as well. We can’t protect people from the consequences of their own (or another’s) reckless or irresponsible behavior.
If at any time you feel you need help due to an injury or other medical concern, please immediately notify a Park staff member and ask for help. Please note that the Park is not a medical facility and does NOT provide medication, insulin, or other medical treatments or devices, other than basic first aid; please plan your visit accordingly. I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY/ALL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ESCAPE ROOM EVENT, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault. I certify that I understand this activity has potential risks including but not limited to:
1) Use of simple tools;
2) Potentially moving or lifting objects of not more than twenty pounds;
3) Mental stress and anxiety;
4) Being in a reasonably small space with up to twelve persons;
5) Possibility of failure to escape the room in the allotted time.
6) Possibility of falling objects
I have no physical or mental illness that precludes my participation in a safe manner for myself or others. I am not under the influence of drugs or alcohol which impairs my ability to maintain my safety awareness or endangers others. I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form will be used by the organizers of the activity in which I may participate, and that it will govern my actions and responsibilities at said activity. I agree that all staff or authorized agents may, in their sole discretion, determine it is unsafe for myself or others for my participation to continue, remove me from the premises by any lawful means.
The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person to person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibit congregation of groups of people.
By attending our attraction you're in agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by my attendance and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, employees, volunteers, and participants and their families.
I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself (including but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness. damage, loss, claim. liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with my employment at Waikiki Trolley. On my behalf, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Waikiki Trolley, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Waikiki Trolley its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any program.
There will be hand sanitize stations throughout the events to ensure your safety.
All participants must wear a face mask upon entrance into the warehouse.
Outside and within the warehouse, social distancing will be enforced. Groups no larger than 10 are allowed into the warehouse at a time.
We had so much fun, and we will be back next year. Our plan for 2022 is going to be even scarier and packed with more surprises.
